The label

What AIVELO sells, how an order actually reaches you, and the things we will not claim.

AIVELO sells one wardrobe: close-cut shirts and bodysuits, short skirts and tailored shorts, and the small hard accessories that go with them. Six groups, 39 styles, UK sizes 6 to 18, priced in pounds sterling.

What we make

The whole range is built around one silhouette: something fitted on top, something short and structured below, and one rigid bag carried in the hand. The palette does not move — off-white, deep charcoal, camel and espresso, with gold-tone or silver-tone hardware. We would rather cut eight versions of a good shirt than one of everything.

Every product page lists the shape, the fibre composition, the closure, the measurements and the size range. If a number is not on the page it is because we do not have it verified, not because we are hiding it.

How an order reaches you

AIVELO is an online-only shop. We do not run a warehouse. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by the supply partners who make the pieces, which has two consequences we want you to know before you buy:

  • A parcel may be sent from outside the United Kingdom, so delivery takes longer than a domestic courier would.
  • If it is sent to you from abroad, your own country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival. That is payable by you, and it is not included in the price you pay us.

The full delivery windows, carriers and costs are on the delivery page. They are written as ranges because that is what they are.

About the photography

The imagery on this site is made for AIVELO and shows the pieces as they are specified: the cut, the colour, the hardware and the finish. The model is a fictional figure, not a real person, and no photograph is presented as a customer photo or as an independent review.

What we will not claim

There are a number of things a shop this size is tempted to say. We do not:

  • publish customer reviews, star ratings or testimonials — we have not been trading long enough to have any, and inventing them is fraud;
  • describe our jewellery or hardware as gold, silver or any precious metal. It is plated alloy, and we call the finish gold-tone or silver-tone;
  • make any claim about metal content or skin safety for the jewellery and hardware, because we do not hold test certificates for those pieces;
  • make environmental or ethical claims about how anything is made, because we hold nothing that would evidence them;
  • claim stock held in Britain, a founding year, a number of customers, press coverage or an award.
