Promotion terms
How reduced prices work, what "was" prices mean, and the rules for any discount or free delivery offer.

The only promotions running on this site are the reduced prices marked on individual product pages and the free UK delivery threshold. This page sets out the rules for both, and for any future offer.
Reduced prices
A piece marked Reduced shows both prices: the previous price struck through and the current price beside it. The struck-through price is the price that piece was actually offered for sale at on this site immediately before the reduction. We do not show a “was” price that the piece was never sold at, and we do not raise a price in order to discount it again.
A reduction applies to that piece only, in the sizes shown as available, for as long as the reduced price is displayed. It can be withdrawn at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you place your order, and it is confirmed on the order confirmation email.
Free UK delivery over £80
- Applies to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- The £80 is the value of the goods in your basket after any reduction, and before delivery.
- Applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter.
- If you later return part of the order and that takes the retained goods below £80, we do not retrospectively charge you delivery.
Rules for any offer
- Every offer we run will state, where it is advertised, what it applies to, what it excludes and when it ends.
- Offers apply to orders placed within the stated period. They cannot be applied to an order already placed.
- One offer per order unless we say otherwise in writing. Offers cannot be combined.
- Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, but never retrospectively for an order already placed and paid for.
- If an offer is published with an obvious error — a clear mistake in the price or the terms — we may correct it. If your order is affected we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Discount codes
We are not running any discount codes at the moment, and there is no code field at checkout. If we introduce one, its conditions will be published here before it goes live. Any code offered to you elsewhere claiming to be an AIVELO code is not ours — check this page first.
What we do not do
- No countdown timers, fake stock counters or “X people are viewing this” messages. If a size is sold out, the page says sold out.
- No pre-ticked boxes, no charges added at checkout that were not shown, and no subscription hidden inside a one-off purchase.
- No price that changes based on who you appear to be.
