Where we can and cannot ship, sanctions compliance, age of purchase and product-specific restrictions.

We ship worldwide, with the exceptions on this page. If you place an order we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil, we will cancel it and refund you in full — normally within two working days.
Sanctions and embargoed destinations
We cannot accept orders for delivery to, or from customers ordinarily resident in, any country, region or entity subject to UK, EU or US trade sanctions or export controls, or to any person named on an applicable sanctions list. This is a legal requirement and there are no exceptions to it.
Our payment provider and our carriers apply their own sanctions screening independently of ours, and either may decline a transaction or refuse a parcel on those grounds.
Destinations our carriers will not serve
Separately from sanctions, carriers suspend service to some destinations — for conflict, for natural disaster, for customs backlog or simply because they have no route. That list changes week to week and we cannot publish a reliable version of it. If your destination is unavailable when we come to dispatch, we will email you within two working days and refund in full.
Your country’s import rules are yours to check
You are the importer of record for anything you buy from us. Before you order, please check that the goods may lawfully be imported into your country and that you are able to pay any duty, import VAT or handling fee raised on arrival. See the delivery page for how those charges work.
We declare the goods accurately on every customs document. We will not under-declare the value of a parcel, mark a purchase as a gift, or alter a description in order to reduce your duty — every one of those is customs fraud, and we will decline the request.
Product-specific points
- No restricted materials. Nothing we sell contains animal leather, fur, exotic skin, feathers, ivory, shell or any material that needs a CITES permit. The pieces described as faux leather (PU) are a polyurethane-coated textile.
- Jewellery and metal hardware are plated alloy, sold as fashion pieces. We make no claim about their metal content. Some countries restrict the import of jewellery above a value threshold or require it to be declared separately — check before you order.
- No batteries, magnets, liquids or aerosols are shipped in any order, so no dangerous-goods restriction applies.
Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from this site. We sell adult womenswear only and we do not sell children’s clothing of any kind.
Personal use, not resale
Our prices and policies are for personal use. We may decline or cancel an order that appears to be for commercial resale, and we may decline orders that are abnormally large, repeatedly returned in full, or placed with mismatched billing and delivery details that we cannot verify. If we cancel for any of these reasons you get a full refund and an email telling you why.
Governing law
These restrictions form part of our terms and conditions, which are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country of residence.
